With over 12+ years of personal experience in the CHA field, managing deadlines and ensuring smooth clearance operations has become both my responsibility and expertise. In logistics, time and compliance are everything, and my focus has always been on maintaining precision in every process.

I strongly believe in educating and guiding my team about all regulatory procedures, including documentation, customs regulations, phyto certification, fumigation requirements, and port formalities. A well-informed team ensures error-free execution and faster turnaround times.

Handling diverse cargo types and coordinating closely with shippers, customs authorities, and port operations teams requires constant communication and attention to detail. My role is to ensure seamless coordination at every stage so that our clients experience smooth and hassle-free clearances.

Ensuring smooth and timely execution of operations at Kandla Port is my primary responsibility. My role involves close coordination with customs officers, port authorities, and our dedicated field staff to ensure that every process moves efficiently and without delay.

I make it a priority to involve myself in efficient planning and real-time monitoring which help us maintain consistency and reliability in every shipment.

Regular coordination with our office team is equally important. Clear communication between on-ground staff and office operations ensures seamless documentation, faster clearances, and smooth cargo movement.
